New Dedicated Provider Line Team at Tennessee Retina!
To make patient referrals easier and more efficient, Tennessee Retina now has a dedicated Provider Services team focused solely on answering referral questions and scheduling appointments. You no longer need to call our main line or experience long hold times—your calls to 615-997-0055 are answered by the same team members each time. Please note, satellite office direct lines have been removed as part of this change.
Our new Provider Services team is made up of four team members—DeAnna, Lisa, Victoria, and Jane—who are dedicated to answering calls exclusively from our referring providers. We continue to work closely together to make scheduling as convenient as possible while managing clinic flow to ensure the best patient care. We look forward to offering even more streamlined services for our referring providers through this team in the future.
