After decades of exceptional service, Tennessee Retina announces the retirement of Dr. Peter Sonkin, who officially retired from our practice on July 3, 2025.
Dr. Sonkin has been a cornerstone of our practice, a trusted retina specialist, and a physician whose contributions have touched countless lives. Since joining Tennessee Retina, Dr. Sonkin helped shape our practice into one of the leading retina specialty centers in the region. His commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence was evident in every appointment, diagnosis, and conversation.
